Another single ... the album specter had difficulty haunting me up in Berkeley, CA where I had moved to complete my degree in Recluse Studies ... there were many free-floating numbers ... "Menu Sans Prix," "Marvin Sunshine," and "Lovely Afternoon" are all portraits taken at the Reason software gym, muscled arrangements, with the same level of reverence and bad samples found in early They Might Be Giants songs. I didn't even use two of them for anything until I threw these back online by request. My cousin had flown out for a visit where we ventured out to the Winchester Mystery House to get another perspective on insanity. She is featured on the title track and the cover art. Like the cover says, "Please no children."

(Technical note: I did not have the lossless files for any of the alternate versions [tracks 2-4] which is unusual for this era, and also, who cares.)
